What Spotify permissions do you need?
We request profile, top listening, recently played, and (for Premium playlist tools) playlist create/modify scopes. We never post publicly or change playlists unless you explicitly ask.
Is long-term the same as lifetime listening?
No. Spotify’s longest top-data range reflects long-term favourites, not a complete lifetime history. We label it All-time favourites and explain the difference in-app.
Do you use Spotify audio features?
When those fields aren’t available, mood insights use supported metadata only (popularity, genres, release eras, patterns). We never invent audio-feature values.
What if Spotify blocks an API?
We show a clear message, hide unavailable actions, and let you retry or reconnect. We never fill the UI with fake analytics.
How does Premium billing work?
VibifyPremium is £2.99 per year via Stripe. Manage or cancel anytime from Billing.
